Block Listing

The Board of Medicx Fund, (LSE: MXF), announces that application has been made
to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing
of 7,900,000 Ordinary shares of no par value.

Subject to the application being approved, the Company may issue any or all of
these shares for cash from time to time provided that no such issue will be made
at prices below the then prevailing adjusted net asset value per share. There is
no
guarantee that the Company will issue all or any of these new shares.
